The Member representing Dekina/Bassa Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Paul Gowon Haruna (IJN), has been commended for disbursing over ₦40 million through his Constituency Intervention Fund across electoral wards in Dekina and Bassa Local Government Areas of Kogi State.
The commendation was given by Hon. Ogwu Salisu Apeh, former Chief of Staff to the Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, who praised Hon. Haruna’s commitment to grassroots development and responsiveness to the immediate needs of his constituents.
According to Hon. Apeh, the monthly Constituency Intervention Fund is an initiative of Rt. Hon. Haruna aimed at addressing urgent and emergency needs within wards, including the repair and renovation of schools, healthcare facilities, and roads.
