2023: Nigeria’s fate lies in hands of youths – Osun APC chairman
In its bid to spread the awareness and strengthen the presidential aspiration of Gov. Yahaya Bello in the southwest region, a support group, CEDO 4 GYB2PYB, has landed its train in Oshogbo the Osun State capital.
The state party chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Prince Adegboyega Famodu who received the delegation led by the Managing Director of the group, Hon. Matthew James, Expressed delight over the efforts so far made by youths to speak in one voice, assuring them of his total support and commitment to see the actualization of youth project across the nation.
Price Famodu praised Gov. Yahaya Bello for his exemplary leadership which he has offered his people in the last six years of his administration in Kogi state.
He however admonishes Gov. Yahaya Bello to see this clarion call by young people as a call to render more services to the people and nation at large, stating that, the fate of Nigeria lies in the hands of the younger generation.
“I’m most delighted having you today in my abode, I have been keenly taking cognizant of your activities since you arrived in Osun state, and as I can say, you have taken the right steps in your journey to greatness, This cause is already a success, and the product you are trying to market to us here, and to the young people of Nigeria is a marketable one, I stand to be corrected if I have made mistakes, as I want to highlight few of Yahaya Bello achievements “
“Today, Bello is one among others who have prioritized security and make his state a hell for crimes and criminality, gender sensitivity, and age demography, your presence here today says it all, young men like you championing this cause is a show of how actively the Bello Government has positively engaged the youths in Politics ” he added
As a demonstration of Joy, the party chairman after appreciating the team requested for ‘South West 4 GYB’ face caps as his support for Youth Movement.
The meeting had in attendance The SSA to the Speaker, Kogi State house of Assembly, A. A Okene, FCT Deputy Coordinator Engr Adeiza Israel, David Oricha, Mrs Olabunmi Esther alongside the CEDO 4 GYB2PYB Coordinator Prince Imam Adebowale Adeniyi with his Exco’s who led the team.
