Hon. Joseph Flags Off Distribution Of covid19 palliative in Adavi LG »

The immediate past Senior Special Assistant on Security to Kogi State Governor in Adavi Local Government Area, Hon. Joseph Omuya Salami today flagged off the distribution of Palliative food items provided by the State Government as part of measures to cushion the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and in his quest to improve the welfare of the good people of Adavi LG.

The flag Off Programme was attended by stakeholders from the local government, including representative of the police, NSCDC, KGS Vigilante Group and host of others.

In his opening remark, Hon. Joseph appreciated Governor Yahaya Bello for prioritizing the welfare of the citizens in addition to his credible performance in the area of Security and infrastructural developments. He also urged even distribution to those that really needs it irrespective of party affiliation, saying that the Governor is a leader for all and that the principle of the apex leader should guides their conducts as leaders at the local government level.
