Omofaiye, Saka Bags Public Sector Leadership Award »

Kogi State Commissioner for Environment, Chief Victor Omofaiye Adewale has been awarded the “Nigeria Public Sector Leadership and Productivity award” for outstanding performance.

The Commissioner was awarded alongside his colleague Hon. Saka Haruna, the state Commissioner for Health after this year’s “Nigeria Public Sector Leadership and Productivity Summit” a special Nigeria’s 60th Independence Anniversary Edition tagged “Thriving@60”.

According to the National Productivity Centre which awarded the duo for excellence in their various positions, the recommendation came through the office of the Secretary to the Kogi State Government in recognition of the performance of both Commissioners.

Chief Victor Omofaiye Adewale while receiving the award at the Nigerian Army Resource Center in Abuja, said he dedicates the award to The executive Governor of the State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello, the entire New Direction Team and staff of the state Ministry of environment for their support and dedication to duty.

The Director General of the National Productivity Centre, Doctor Kashim Akor who presented the award to the Commissioners told them to never relent in their various endeavors and to better the lives of the people.
