Democracy Day Felicitations from Kogi State Polytechnic to Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, People of Kogi State »

On behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management, Staff and Students of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, I wish to felicitate with His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello and the good people of Kogi State on the auspicious occasion of the 2022 Democracy Day celebration.

Your Excellency, the 2022 Democracy Day in Kogi State is unique and historic, considering your iconic show of courage at the just concluded National Convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

At the Convention, you demonstrated rare courage and proved once again what pragmatic leadership entails and how democracy should be practised.

Your historic aspiration anchored on making Nigerian Youths proud and giving them hope of aspiring for the top seat will ever remain a reference point for youths in Kogi State and Nigeria as a whole.

I am confident that the foundation laid by your lofty aspiration will blossom into realistic opportunity for the hitherto voiceless youths and other overlooked demographics in the country.

We are proud to recall that under your pragmatic leadership, Kogi State has made significant progress in terms of democracy dividends which are evident in all sectors, including the Education sector where we at Kogi State Polytechnic are huge beneficiaries.

While I assure His Excellency of our support in the efforts to imprint lasting democratic legacy in Kogi State, I would like to enjoin all Kogites to continue to be actively involved in the building of a sustainable democratic culture for the benefit of current and future generations.
