National Youth Council of Nigeria Swear in Seven Year Old Chimamanda As One-Day President in Abuja

In preparation for the activities for year 2023, the apex youth body in the country, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) sworn in seven years old Little Miss Nigeria Ambassador, Queen Chimamanda Divine Ibeh as President of the council for few hours.

The President of the apex youth body, Dr Solomon Adodo described the move as a motivating factor to Nigerian children; as Queen Chimamanda has distinguished herself over the years via her remarkable contribution to the development of humanity in the areas of education, poverty alleviation initiatives, and Girl-Child wellbeing. Dr Adodo hence stated the need for such tremendous contribution to be recognized, and celebrated; which propelled him to vacate his seat as President of the council, for Queen Chimamanda.

While addressing members of the press, Queen Chimamanda Divine Ibeh appreciated Nigerian children and youths for believing in her aspirations for a better and working Nigeria. She went ahead to reveal her plan of sponsoring ten vulnerable children to access quality health insurance, as her project for the day as President. This is also in fulfilment of the Sustainable Development Goal 3, regarding “Good Health and Well-being.”

The parents of the Queen, Mr and Mrs Oliver Ibeh expressed their high level of satisfaction with the success recorded in a short period of time through the CDI Children & Teens Foundation, and also assured Nigerians of more commitment to continue to consolidate the many initiatives of the Nigerian government to provide a working society for all.

The Parents as Co-Executive Directors of CDI Children & Teens Foundation, appreciated the President of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) for recognizing and identifying with the good works of the foundation, and the activities of Queen Chimamanda Divine Ibeh, and assured Nigerians of their continuous contributions in the areas of Girl-Child development, and the Nigerian children at large.
