Gov. Bello’s commitment to infrastructure, job creation, a virtue to emulate – Works Commissioner
Kogi State commissioner for Works and Housing, Hon. Samson Bako has lauded Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello the Executive Governor of Kogi State while inspecting the ultra-modern Vocational centre today in Uruvochinomi Okene, Kogi state.
Hon. Bako who said he was here to assess the extent of the job done by the Contractor also revealed that the job is yet to be ready for commissioning noting that the taste of Governor Bello In job creation and infrastructural development is of the world standard.
While on inspection, Bako charged all parties involved in the construction and rehabilitation of the Vocational Centre to work and produce the taste of His Excellency Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello adding that, nothing less than the best is expected.
Hon. Bako who made recommendations of some urgent attention on the facilities also revealed that if the job is well done it would have the capacity to take numerous youths across the three Senatorial Districts of the State for job creation and empowerment programmes.
” what His Excellency is doing here is worthy of emulation by His counterparts across the Nation hence the need to give it a proper touch. Most especially the landscaping, it should look like where the Governor and his guest will come”
Bako finally directed the Director of Building Services QS. John Agene to call on all parties together for a perfect touch on the facilities.
