The Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Engr. Abubakar Ohere has joined the myriad of highly revered individuals and organisations at home and in the Diaspora to celebrate the MD/CEO, Kogi Enterprise Development Agency (KEDA), Mrs. Rakiya Onaivo on the occasion of her birthday anniversary.
