Splashes Millions on empowerment

The managing director, Kogi Investment and Properties Limited (KIPL), Hajiya Aisha Ibrahim Adoke Ajanah today flag-off cash empowerment to Adavi women.

At least over 300 women and youth have benefitted from Hajiya Aisha Adoke cash empowerment program.

The KIPL boss, Hajiya Aisha, who flag-off the distribution of 350 wrappers, 60 bags of rice, salt, Maggi and .1million Naira cash expressed happiness at the sight of the overwhelming supporters who troop out in their large numbers to welcome her.

She pointed out that the program was part of her efforts to complement the efforts of Governor Yahaya Bello to alleviate the suffering of the people.

“This empowerment program is specifically designed to support the vulnerable—the women, youth, and elderly—in this difficult time,” she said.

Hajiya Aisha, a proud daughter of Late Alhaji Ibrahim Adoke, has distinguished herself as an uncommon leader in the political sphere of Kogi State.

APC elder statesman, Adayi Yakubu Osondo admonished the elderly to continue to pray for this their blessed daughter, Hajiya Aisha Ibrahim Adoke, Kogi State, and those in leadership positions, adding that they needs people’s prayers to overcome the multitude of challenges confronting the nation.

Adayi Osondo further charges the people of Adavi LG to come together and support the APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, saying the APC led administration has done a lot in Adavi.

The former chairman of Adavi LG, Hon. Ozigi Asema Mayaki, who was at the event, described the empowerment program as a commendable feat, therefore, charges other Adavi LG political appointees to emulate this woman of substance

“Please let’s demonstrate our love of Hajiya Aisha Ibrahim Adoke for Alh. Usman Ahmed Ododo by translating it to vote in the November 11, 2023 election for the continuity of good governance and progress of the state.

I call on all the eligible voters in Adavi LG to come out en-mass and cast their vote for the APC governorship candidate, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo.

Engr. Ahmed Muhammed, who appeared as a special guest of honour, extolled the leadership quality of Hajiya Aisha Adoke and asked for more support for her.

He assured the citizens of the state to expect more progress and development when APC emerged as the winner of the November 11, 2023 election.

Hajiya Aisha, in her closing remarks, said, “His Excellency, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has boosted our confidence and laid a solid foundation for Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo to consolidate on.”

Alhaji Usman Ododo will bring on board policies and programmes that will speed up development.

She said, “Our great party, the APC, will continue to shine. There’s no vacancy for the opposition in Kogi State because we have done well, and we promise to do more as we take the state to the Promised Land. Our determination to retain power come Saturday, November 11, 2023, is a battle of no retreat, no surrender. Our theme is moving forward, and as you can see, we are already surging ahead.”
