Kogi NYCN lifts suspension of Kogi East Organizing Secretary, Declares Vice Chairman East, Programs Officer positions vacant
Consequent upon the resolution of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Kogi State Chapter for an investigative committee to look into allegations of running a parallel youth council with one Usman Ogohi Samuel, against Ameh Nuhu Okpanachi, Vice Chairman East, Abdullahi Isah, Organizing Secretary East, and Olushola Abel, Programs Officer, the committee, after its investigation recommended the lifting of the suspension of Abdullahi Isah, Organizing Secretary East.
It however, recommended that the position of the Vice Chairman East and Program Officer be declared vacant due to their failure to show up in defense of the allegation, an act considered by the committee to be a disregard to constituted authority and acceptance of guilt by the accused.
The State Executive Council arising from the meeting where the committee report was considered adopted all the recommendations of the committee.
By this notice, the state Executive Council declares the Position of Vice Chairman East and Program Officer Vacant.
