Following the sharing of rice and cash gifts amongst party supporters who demonstrated unrelenting support for the party during the last governorship election in Kogi State,

An event that witnessed the presence of thousands of party faithful was aimed at appreciating and becoming familiar with those who genuinely supported the Odu Network for Ododo/Joel, a political movement that submerged the entire Igala kingdom ahead of the governorship election that ushered in Alhaji Usman Ododo as Kogi State Governor-elect.

Speaking during the distribution of the gifts, Hon. Paul Odu Akowe reiterated his commitment to making sure people in the grassroots enjoy the dividends of democratic governance in the state. I must thank you all for genuinely standing by and supporting my candidate in the last election. It is my duty to protect your collective interests, and that’s what I’m ready to do, he said.

While commending the nine local government coordinators of the Odu Network for Ododo and Joel, he assures them of impartial representation, adding that everyone involved will reap the rewards according to their contributions towards the success of the party.
