Comr. Yakubu Adabenege thanks Governor Bello on appointment
Following his new appointment as the Auditor General for Local Government, Comrade Siyaka Yakubu Adabenege popularly known as Fancy, has expressed his utmost gratitude to the governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, for finding him worthy to serve in the exalted position.
In a statement sent to journalists in Lokoja immediately after the announcement, Hon. Siyaka, a member of the Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), said he was profoundly grateful for the governor’s belief in his capacity to further his New Direction administration’s ideals in the same office previously occupied by his immediate boss and governor-elect of the state, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman.
He said the unwavering support and guidance of Usman Ododo have been instrumental in his career growth, adding that he is honoured to have the opportunity to work under governor Yahaya Bello whom he described as the architect of modern democracy in Kogi State.
“My heartfelt gratitude goes to the Kogi state Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for allowing me to serve under his leadership. It is an honour to work alongside such a dedicated and visionary leader, and I am committed to making a positive impact in the administration and the lives of the people of the state.
“I am also extremely grateful to my immediate boss, the Kogi State Governor-Elect, Alhaji Usman Ododo for his role in mentoring, and providing me with the platform to grow. I will forever remain loyal and committed to your principle of honesty and dedication to service.
