Kogi Poly Rector congratulates Hajiya Habibat Tinjani on appointment as State Accountant General
The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Dr. Usman Ogbo has, on behalf of the Governing Council, Academic Board, Management, staff and students of the Polytechnic, congratulated Hajiya Habibat Tijani, on her appointment as Accountant General, Kogi State.
In a statement signed by the Rector and made available to journalists in Lokoja on Tuesday said, the appointment is well deserved in view of the fact that Hajiya Habibat Tijani has distinguished herself through her immense contributions and commitment to the development of the State while serving as Permanent Secretary, Kogi State Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.
Dr. Ogbo noted that the appointment is a tribute to her resourcefulness, exemplary dedication, transparency and selflessness, stressing that they are confident that she will do even more as the Accountant General of the State.
“We also appreciate His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji (Dr) Yahaya Adoza Bello, CON, for providing enabling environment for professionalism to thrive.
“Once again, congratulations, on the well-deserved appointment,” he added.
