Ajaokuta Federal Lawmaker Appoints 16 New Aides, Charges Them to Serve Constituents
Honourable Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem, the federal lawmaker representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, has congratulated the newly appointed aides to his office. The appointments, announced recently, include several Senior Special Assistants in various portfolios.
The beneficiaries received their appointment letters on Monday at the constituency office in Township, where they were urged to utilize their new positions for the development of the local government and the party.
Hon. Momohjimoh Ahmed, Senior Legislative Aide, presented the letters on behalf of the honourable member and tasked the appointees to be good ambassadors of the honourable member in their respective offices and areas.
Speaking on behalf of the appointees, one of the beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the honorable member for the appointment and promised to work in tandem with the policies of the House of Rep member, which are centered on the development of the local government, Kogi State and Nigeria at large.
In separate remarks, Comr. Baba Ganaja, Personal Assistant to the honorable member, explained that the appointments were spread across all tribes, axis, and regions of the local government, indicating the honorable member’s commitment to running an inclusive government. He admonished the beneficiaries to justify the confidence reposed in them and fulfil the mandates of the people.
The appointments are seen as a move to strengthen the honourable member’s efforts in serving the constituency and promoting development in Ajaokuta owning to the fact that all beneficiaries were qualified and carefully selected.
