Comrade Abdullahi Adamu Congratulates SJ Ehimony On His Reappointment
The Lokoja Local Government Area Chairmanship Aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Comrade Abdullahi Adamu has congratulated Mr. Ehimony Sunday Joshua Esq. on his reappointment, as the Director General Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
Comrade Abdullahi Adamu in a statement signed by his media aide, Iliyasu Zakari, described the appointment as a well deserved one in view of the tremendous achievements recorded since his first appointment. He described the DG as an asset whose contributions to the development of the state cannot be overemphasized.
“Barrister Ehimony has been able to bring his wealth of experience to bear in a very critical aspect of good governance, helping in the harmonization of existing government policies and practices on public procurement and in the process ensuring probity, accountability and transparency in the procurement process.”
Comrade Abdullahi Adamu expressed his gratitude to the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo for firmly believing and trusting in one of Lokoja LGA brilliant sons who has in the last 4 years spearheaded the reengineering and the relaunching of the BPP into a noteworthy, unbiased and principled expert procurement services establishment.
He prayed Almighty Allah to continue to grant him the wisdom and wherewithal in the discharge of his duties.
