The Lokoja Local Government Area Championship Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Abdullahi Adamu, felicitates with the Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Dr (Mrs) Folashade Arike Ayoade on her Birthday anniversary.
