Kogi Poly Rector Celebrates Maigari of Lokoja's First Anniversary on Throne »

The Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Professor Salisu Ogbo Usman, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Royal Majesty, the Maigari of Lokoja, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, on marking his first year on the throne.

In a statement, Professor Usman lauded the monarch for fostering peace, prosperity, and progress since his ascension. He commended the Maigari’s commitment to the growth and development of Lokoja, Kogi State, and Nigeria, emphasizing his leadership’s positive impact despite national security challenges.

“Since your ascension, you have, through words and deeds, shown that you are indeed a father committed to the growth and prosperity of Lokoja, Kogi State, and Nigeria at large,” Professor Usman remarked.

The Rector stressed the harmony in Lokoja chiefdom under the monarch’s reign, noting how it has facilitated township expansion and created opportunities for wealth generation and economic empowerment.

Professor Usman also praised the Maigari’s exemplary leadership, describing it as an inspiration for young people aspiring to be future leaders. He prayed for Almighty Allah’s continued blessings upon the monarch, wishing him long life and greater accomplishments in leading Lokoja to new heights.
