Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah Honored by Kogi APC Youth Wing for Contributions to Grassroots Empowerment
In recognition of his exceptional contributions to youth empowerment, community advancement and state development, philanthropist and MD/CEO of Anarock Global Services Limited, Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah, was honored with an award by the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Wing of Kogi State.
The glamorous event took place on Friday at the APC State Secretariat in Lokoja, attracting dignitaries, party stalwarts, and well-wishers. The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with pomp and pageantry, as party leaders and supporters gathered to celebrate Ogah’s impactful efforts in advancing youth development in the state.
The award was presented by the Kogi Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Honourable Monday Aridaojo Anyebe, who praised Ogah for his commitment to empowering young people, particularly his contributions to sports development and fostering socio-economic growth in Kogi State.
The Kogi State APC Youth Leader, Hon. Mohammed U. Mohammed, said Oga was unanimously chosen for the honor due to significant investments in youths and grassroots sports development especially handball in the state. “Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah’s efforts have created opportunities for countless young people and have contributed immensely to community development,” he noted.
Adding to the commendations, the Kogi State APC Chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Bello, who was represented by the Zonal Vice Chairman (West), Hon. John Anjorin, lauded Ogah’s philanthropic initiatives and contributions to the party, describing him as a beacon of hope and a driving force in the state’s development.
Other Zonal Chairmen also delivered goodwill messages, emphasizing Ogah’s dedication to the party’s ideals and his lasting impact on youth empowerment.
Expressing gratitude, Hon. Ogah thanked the APC Youth Wing and the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development for the recognition and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting youth initiatives and driving sustainable development. He dedicated the award to youths of Kogi State and pledged to continue working collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance opportunities for young people in Kogi State.
The event concluded with a dinner reception, where guests and dignitaries engaged in further networking and celebration.
