Hon. Ademu Strengthens Stakeholder Engagement, Emphasizes Unity, Development »

The Chairman of Ankpa Local Government Area, Kogi State, Hon. Engr. Ademu Muhammed Yahaya, on Monday, convened a pivotal stakeholders’ meeting aimed at reinforcing party structures and fostering unity within the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the local government.

Addressing the gathering, Hon. Ademu reaffirmed his commitment to the people of Ankpa and the ideals of the APC, assuring that he would remain steadfast in his service, regardless of challenges.

“The people of Ankpa are the last I would ever betray. I am here to serve, not to rule. Everything I’ve done so far is just the beginning. As long as your voices continue to support me, I will continue to push for a better Ankpa,” he stated. “I understand the legacy I represent, both for my family and my party, and I take that responsibility seriously.”

Hon. Ademu further pledged to align his leadership with the vision of the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, in pursuit of a prosperous state and a progressive Ankpa Local Government.

Prominent stakeholders present at the meeting expressed deep appreciation for the Chairman’s exemplary leadership, developmental efforts, and dedication to the advancement of both the local government and the APC.

Discussions during the meeting focused on critical areas of mutual interest, including strategies for deepening unity, promoting grassroots development, and enhancing collaboration among party members, government officials, and the wider community.

Stakeholders unanimously emphasized the importance of cohesion and shared responsibility, reaffirming their commitment to the values of the APC and pledging continued support for Hon. Ademu’s administration.

They also acknowledged the significance of effective governance and party unity in overcoming the challenges facing the local government, and in delivering sustainable progress for the people.

In their collective resolution, stakeholders vowed to continue backing the leadership of Hon. Engr. Ademu Muhammed Yahaya and the APC, with a shared determination to build a stronger, united, and forward-looking political structure in Ankpa.
