Kogi Auditor General for LG Felicitates Nigerian Children on Children’s Day »

The Auditor General for Local Government in Kogi State, Hon. Yakubu Adabenege Siyaka, has extended warm felicitations to Nigerian children, particularly those in Kogi State, in commemoration of this year’s Children’s Day celebration.

In a goodwill message issued on Monday, Hon. Siyaka described children as the pride and future of every society, emphasizing the need to celebrate their dreams, potentials, and innocence.

He reiterated his belief that every child deserves love, protection, quality education, and the opportunity to grow in a safe and supportive environment. He lauded the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for its commitment to child welfare, youth empowerment, and quality education through policies and programmes that protect the rights and dignity of children in the state.

“As we celebrate today, I urge parents, guardians, teachers, and leaders at all levels to recommit themselves to nurturing our children into responsible, patriotic, and productive citizens,” he stated.
