Kogi NYCN Chairman Congratulates Samuel Adeyemi on Appointment as CG of Federal Fire Service »

The Chairman-elect of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Kogi State Chapter, Comrade Abdulrahman Abdulmumuni Enesi has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Samuel Adeyemi Olumode on his recent appointment as the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement issued in Lokoja on Wednesday, the Chairman described the appointment of Mr. Olumode as a well-deserved recognition of competence, patriotism, and years of dedicated service to the nation. He noted that the decision of the President to entrust such a crucial national assignment to a worthy son of Kogi State is not only commendable but also a source of pride for the entire youth constituency in the state.

“On behalf of the teeming youth of Kogi State, I warmly congratulate Mr. Samuel Adeyemi Olumode on his appointment as Controller General of the Federal Fire Service. His wealth of experience, outstanding record, and deep commitment to national service make him an excellent choice for this critical role,” the statement read.

Mr. Samuel hails from Aduratedo/Ape in Kabba/Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State. The NYCN Chairman described him as a shining example of diligence and integrity, urging him to continue being a beacon of excellence and to bring further reforms and innovation to the Fire Service.

The youth leader also thanked President Tinubu for his inclusive leadership style and for recognizing merit and federal character in his appointments. He expressed optimism that Mr. Olumode will use the new position to further demonstrate the competence and loyalty that earned him the trust of the President.
