Sen. Jibrin Isah Echocho Felicitates Gov. Ododo, Kogites on 34th Anniversary of State Creation »

The Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial District, Jibrin Isah Echocho, has congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the people of Kogi State as the state marks its 34th anniversary.

In a goodwill message, Senator Echocho described the anniversary as a historic milestone that offers both reflection and renewed commitment to unity, peace, and development.

He commended the leadership of Governor Ododo, noting that his administration has continued to promote inclusiveness, sustain peace, and building on a solid foundation for the prosperity of future generations.

The lawmaker also paid tribute to the contributions of traditional rulers, community leaders, youths, women, and citizens across the state for their roles in building Kogi since its creation in 1991.

“As we celebrate this milestone, let us reaffirm our unity of purpose, strengthen our bonds as one people, and continue to work together to unlock the vast potentials that God has blessed Kogi with. I am confident that with collective effort, our best days still lie ahead,” he stated.

Senator Echocho prayed for continued peace, progress, and prosperity for the Confluence State while wishing the government and people of Kogi a happy 34th anniversary.
