Hon. Monday Anyebe Urges Kogi Youths to Embrace Unity, Compassion This Christmas

The Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development in Kogi State, Hon. Aridaojo Monday Anyebe, has extended warm Christmas greetings to Christians across the state, with a special call to the youth community.

In a message released today, the commissioner described Christmas as a season that embodies love, selflessness, and renewed hope. He emphasized that unity and compassion remain the greatest strengths of the people of Kogi State, regardless of differences.

Hon. Anyebe expressed gratitude to the Christian community, particularly young people, for their resilience, prayers, and positive contributions to the state. He highlighted the role of youths in promoting peace, innovation, sports, and community development.

“As you celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, may your homes be filled with joy, peace, and gratitude. May this season inspire us all to support one another and to keep believing in a better and more inclusive Kogi State,” he stated.

The commissioner concluded by wishing residents a joyful Christmas and a fulfilling New Year.
