Ankpa LG Chairman Donates ₦1 Million to Church, Assures More Support
The Chairman of Ankpa Local Government Area, Honourable (Engineer) Ademu Mohammed Yahaya, has donated ₦1 million to the Qua Iboe (United Evangelical Church), Enjema, in a remarkable display of core generosity and commitment to the community development.
The Chairman, who was warmly received by the church congregation during their new year service on Wednesday, expressed his appreciation for the vital role the Church plays in promoting spiritual growth and community cohesion.
‘This donation is a token of our administration’s appreciation for the Church’s selfless service to our community. We recognize the importance of partnering with faith-based organizations to drive positive change and improve the lives of our citizens,’ the Chairman noted.
The Chairman promised to continue supporting the Church and other community organizations, emphasizing his administration’s commitment to prioritizing the welfare and development of the local community.
The Church’s leadership and congregation expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Chairman for his generosity and pledged to continue working together to promote the well-being of the community, maintaining a robust peace and cooperating with the staff-welfarism conscious Governor of Kogi State.
Adding, the Onu Enjema, His Royal Highness, Chief Yunusa Ameh lauded the Chairman for the donation while describing him as a leader who prioritizes the benefit of all.
