Ankpa LG Chairman Felicitates with Christians on Easter Celebration »

The Executive Chairman of Ankpa Local Government Area, Hon. Engr. Ademu Muhammed Yahaya, has extended heartfelt greetings to Christians across the local government on the occasion of the 2025 Easter celebration.

In a goodwill message issued through his Chief Press Secretary, Idris Mohammed Omale (Orator), Engineer Ademu described Easter as a season symbolizing love, sacrifice, and hope, calling on Christians to reflect on the deep significance of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

According to him: ‘The celebration of Easter reminds us of the power of sacrifice and the triumph of good over evil. Therefore, let us emulate these virtues and continue to live in peace and harmony with one another.’

The Council Boss lauded the Christian community in Ankpa Local Government Area for their peaceful coexistence and ongoing contributions to the development of the local government at large.

The Chairman called for sustained unity among residents and urged all to offer prayers for the progress of Ankpa local government, Kogi state and the nation as a whole.

Reaffirming his administration’s commitment to inclusive governance, the Chairman pledged to continue engaging with religious and community leaders to ensure the growth and prosperity of the local government while wishing all Christians a joyful and spiritually rewarding Easter celebration.
