Chief Onoja Congratulates Senator Jibrin Echocho on his Birthday »

Kogi State Deputy Governor, His Excellency, Chief (Dr.) Edward Onoja felicitates with the Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial District, Sen. Jibrin Isah Echocho on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

His felicitations with the distinguished Lawmaker were contained in a Statement issued to newsmen by his Chief Press Secretary, Promise Emmanuel, on Monday where he lauds him for championing the upgrade of various Heath and Educational institutions across Kogi East such as the College of Education, Ankpa, and the Orthopedic Centre in Ochadamu, among others.

He describes Sen. Echocho as a clear deviation from his predecessors in terms of systematic and strategic projects targeted at enhancing economic and commercial value in the District’s agricultural mainstay, citing valuable reforms in rice, cassava, and oil palm accrued to Ibaji, Ankpa, and Acharu, respectfully, as well as 2 other proposed Cashew Processing Plants in 2 LGAs of the District.

Citing the Senator’s precise target at the establishment of a Skill Acquisition Center in Anyigba aimed at transforming young minds into gainful ventures rather than engaging in social vices, Chief Onoja says he has been effective in providing human capital development opportunities through empowerment programs which set him on a higher purpose and progressive representation from those before him with over 15 months in his schedule to consolidate on his lofty successes.

Chief Onoja says Sen. Echocho utilizes his vast knowledge in the private and public sectors to make his years in legislative business memorable, contributing largely to notable sponsored bills and motions. He also recognizes his unwavering support for the APC and His Excellency Gov. Yahaya Bello as the leader in Kogi State. He admonishes him to continue in that regard, praying God grants the Celebrant prosperous years in excellent health, sound mind, and wisdom of God.
