Children’s Day: Hon. Monday Anyebe Felicitates with Children, Reiterates Commitment to Youth Development

The Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Honourable Monday Aridaojo Anyebe, has extended heartfelt felicitations to children across the state and the nation in celebration of this year’s Children’s Day.
In a message personally signed by the Commissioner, Hon. Anyebe described children as the pride of society and the promise of a brighter future. He commended their resilience, creativity, and boundless potential, stating that their dreams and energy continue to inspire the government’s commitment to youth-focused policies and programs.
“Children are the hope of every family and the cornerstone of national development. As we celebrate them today, we must continue to nurture, protect, and empower them to thrive in a society that values their rights and talents,” he said.
The Commissioner reiterated the ministry’s dedication to promoting the holistic development of children and youths through impactful initiatives in sports, education, talent development, and mentorship.
He assured that the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development would continue to create platforms that enable young people to excel and contribute meaningfully to society.
“As we mark this year’s Children’s Day, we renew our resolve to build a safer, more inclusive, and prosperous future for all children in Kogi State,” Hon. Anyebe added.
