CHRISTMAS: Zonal Security Adviser Hails Constituents
The Zonal Security Adviser for Ankpa Federal Constituency, HRH Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed, has extended Christmas greetings to residents of the constituency, urging them to remain committed to peace and security as the year draws to a close.
In a Christmas message released on Wednesday, Hon. Ahmed congratulated citizens and residents of Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Local Government Areas, wishing them a peaceful celebration and a prosperous New Year.
He commended the chairmen and management teams of the three local governments for what he described as sustained philanthropic and security-focused efforts that have contributed to a significant reduction in crime across the constituency. According to him, initiatives undertaken by the councils have helped to bring crime rates to near-zero levels in recent times.
The Zonal Security Adviser noted that investments in security infrastructure, support for vulnerable groups and consistent community engagement have strengthened cooperation between residents and security agencies, creating a safer and more stable environment for social and economic activities.
While appreciating the progress recorded so far, Hon. Ahmed called on residents to remain vigilant during the festive period and beyond, urging them to promptly report any suspicious activities to relevant security agencies.
He expressed optimism that the spirit of Christmas and the coming New Year would further inspire unity and collective responsibility among communities in Ankpa Federal Constituency, assuring that sustained collaboration remains key to lasting peace and development.
