Easter: PYU Vice President Salutes Christians Across West Africa - Urges Replication of Christ's Traits in all Ramifications »

In commemoration with Christians all over the world particularly West Africa, the Vice President West Africa Pan-African Youth Union (PYU), Dr. Oladele John Nihi has felicitated with Christians as they observe Easter Celebration; which marks the death of Christ and birth of hope for all races.

In a message signed by his Head of Media and Publicity, Kelvin Eleta, Nihi admonished Christ followers over the world to replicate Christ’s traits, as it is capable of bringing a long lasting solution to the challenges being faced by many regions of Africa in terms of; security, banditry, corruption, nepotism, and bad governance. Dr. Nihi then affirmed that until we can do as Christ instructed, His death would only be in vain.

The significance of the death of Christ will become evident when His followers do exactly as he had commanded them to do in the holy book. Love, peace, and harmony is what Africa requires to bring about growth and development in each nations.

In conclusion, Dr. Oladele John Nihi wishes that Christ’s death on the cross and his selflessness sacrifice would begin to stand as a motivation for African nations and her Leaders, to come together in the spirit of Pan-Africanism; as we work in one spirit to achieve the Africa we want even beyond the AU Agenda 2063.
