Eid-el-Fitr: Rector NKFI encourages Muslims to sustain lessons of Ramadan
The Rector Nigeria -Korea Friendship Institute, Mr William Charles Oluwatoyin has greeted Muslim faithfuls all across the globe and in the state, felicitating with them on the successful completion of the 29 days fasting in the holy month of Ramadan and the celebration of the 2023 Eid-el-Fitr.
The Rector in a press statement used the medium to encourage faithfuls to sustain the lessons learnt during the fasting period noting that good gestures of love, kindness, benevolence and righteous living must become part and parcel of our daily lives.
Mr. Williams Charles suggested that if people lived their lives with the cognisance of Ramadan and embark consistently on numerous good deeds just like they do in that season, our world would have less worries and those who are less fortunate in our societies would have what to live on.
The Rector specially extended his Eid-el-Fitr felicitation to the Governing council, Academic board, management, staff and students of the institute while expressing gratitude to God Almighty for the grace and strength granted to go through the period of spiritual consecration and the gift of life to celebrate this year’s Eid-el-Fitr.
He admonished that faithfuls should offer prayers for the peace and progress of the Nation, Kogi state as well leaders across board while he urged management, staff and students of the institute to remember NKFI in their prayers while they also take the moment to spend time with family and friends.
Mr. Williams Charles assured that NKFI would continue to scale through all it’s challenges to ensure that it continued to deliver quality technical and vocational learning as it remained poised and committed to solving the problems of continued rise in youth’s unemployment in the country.
