…says he is leaving Kogi better than he met it
Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello has urged Nigerians to exercise patience with the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration, pointing out that had just taken the mantle of leadership and significant changes are already being witnessed.
The governor made this known on Wednesday, while addressing the press immediately after Sallah prayer at the checkpoint praying ground in Okene. He was accompanied by the Ohinoyi of Ebira land, Alhaji Ado Ibrahim, the chief Imam of Okene and other top government functionaries.
While the governor wished citizens a happy Sallah celebration, he assured that Nigeria will be a better place under President Tinubu and his government would spear head massive changes in several sectors for the nation and the people.
The governor who was full of gratitude to God asserted that after eight years of his government, he would be leaving the confluence state better than he met it while he further mentioned that his leadership will continue to do its best to deliver on all its promises to the people of the state.
He admonished the people to continue to be law abiding and respect constituted authority while they remain security conscious.
