Ejura Onoja extols Gov. Bello at 45 »

Wife of Kogi State Deputy Governor, Mrs Ejura Mercy Onoja has spoken glowingly of Governor Yahaya Bello as he clocked 45.

Mrs Onoja described Governor Yahaya Bello as a revolutionary and transformational figure in the political history of Kogi whose political ideology abolished the abornomalities that were in practice in the state.

The Wife of Deputy Governor made this known in her birthday/condolence message to subtly celebrate the Governor on Thursday in Abuja.

Recounting Governor Bello’s achievements in the last four years in office, she said Governor Bello had demonstrated that people-oriented policies could be successfully implemented, where the people are more united without class, ethnic and religious difference amongst others.

According to her, Governor Bello’s political ideologies, love for humanity and style of governance had been exemplary and would serve as benchmark for subsequent administrations.

“It is deeply sad, the Governor lost one of his trusted aides, Abdulateef Suleiman who passed on yesterday from cardiac arrest and we are unable to celebrate his 45th birthday as it should be.”

While praying to God to grant Bello continuous wisdom, good health in his quest to pilot the state affairs, she also prayed for the repose of his Personal Assistant and for God to grant the Governor the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

“I join your family, friends, well-wishers and the entire people of Kogi State in thanking the Almighty God for giving you the opportunity to attain 45 and to also wish you continuous good health and many more years,” she concluded.
