Engr. Ademu Begins Rehabilitation of Ankpa Township Roundabout »

The Chairman of Ankpa Local Government Area, Engineer Ademu Muhammed Yahaya, has begun the rehabilitation of the popular Ankpa Township Roundabout to restore its beauty. The roundabout which is crucial landmark in the township connects major roads to other local government areas and neighboring states.

The project is being supervised by Hon. Ibrahim Yahaya, Senior Special Assistant to the Chairman on Works.

According to Engineer Ademu, the roundabout’s rehabilitation was necessary due to its poor condition, which was majorly orchestrated by accidents and disruptions to traffic flow.

The Chairman noted that the rehabilitation of the Ankpa Township Roundabout is part of the local government’s efforts to improve infrastructure and enhance the quality of life for residents in the area.

The project has received positive feedback from the community, with commercial drivers and motorists expressing their gratitude for the infrastructure improvements.

Mallam Ibrahim Jibrin, a commercial driver, praised the Ankpa Local Government Council for alleviating the hardships faced by road users, adding that the revitalization will add beauty to the road.
