False Allegations Against Dr. Ojotule Austin Debunked
Dr. Ojotule Austin has depunked as fake recent social media posts claiming that he supported the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Muritala Ajaka and transferred money from a non-existent UBA bank account.
Dr. Austin, a state epidemiologist with the Kogi State Ministry of Health, in a state said he has no such account and has denied any involvement in these alleged transactions.
He said the unfounded rumors is the work of mischief makers aiming to tarnish his reputation.
A native of Ojila ward in the Echeno community of Ibaji LGA, Dr. Austin said he is known for his non-partisan stance and dedication to his civil service duties, adding that he has consistently served the government with passion and integrity, both under previous administrations and the current one.
Dr. Austin also pointed out that he is a supporter of RT Hon. Comfort Ojoma Nwuchiola Egwaba, the current Deputy Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, and played a role in the APC’s success in clearing all eight polling units in Echeno.
