Fmr guber aspirant in Kogi, Abubakar Bashir Gegu congratulates Ohere on elevation »

The former governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kogi State, Engr Abubakar Bashir has congratulated newly elevated Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Engr Abubakar Ohere on the promotion.

He said Ohere’s elevation was a testament to the fact that the administration of Governor Yahaya Bello takes note and rewards hard work and dedication to delivering on given mandate.

Engr Bashir made this assertion in a press statement he made available to newsmen in Lokoja late Friday.

The aspirant who said he was one of those that have watched the manner of job delivery of the newly promoted, noted that Ohere discharged his responsibilities in his former position as Special Adviser with unmatched clout and dynamism.

He advised the new commissioner to therefore see his new office as a call to rededicate himself to the service of the state and the office which he is already familiar with, adding that the reward for hard work was more work.

Engr Bashir who prayed God to give Engr Ohere the wherewithal to continue to discharge his duties in his new position seamlessly, further asked for divine wisdom to pilot his affairs.
