Forum of Special Advisers Salutes Governor Ododo, Describes Him As Personification of Hard Work, Dedication
Forum of Special Advisers, the umbrella body of all Special Advisers to Kogi State Governor, Usman Ododo have felicitated with their principal at the auspicious occasion of his birthday, describing him as a leader who personifies hard work and dedication with the objective of deepening excellent service that will touch the lives of Kogites in many positive ways.
The Special Advisers say the governor’s knack for excellence and zero tolerance for excuses has significantly affected their work ethics as they move in a fast pace with the governor to bring unprecedented development in the state.
In congratulatory message on Wednesday signed by Bode Adeyemi, the Chairman of the Forum, he said the Governor’s love for Kogi people is manifestly see in the legacy projects he has embarked upon barely one year since assumption of office.
According to Chairman of Forum of Special Advisers, the governor has remained a shining star in touching the lives of every segment of the Kogi populace, through a people-oriented leadership, which among other things has seen him place the welfare of workers at the front burner with the approval of N72,000 minimum wage, construction of Renewable Energy College in Osara and other projects aimed at giving the people a new lease is life.
He said, “His Excellency, the governor is not just a leader, but a General who leads from the frontline. His leadership has as cornerstone empathy and sympathy, grounded in vision for a new Kogi.
“This he has pursued vigorously with zeal, advancing the frontiers of peace, security and welfare of every Kogites.
“A man who embodies integrity and honour, he has ensured that transparency and accountability, capped with remarkable ethics are integral part of governance in our state.
“We your Special Advisers are proud to have you as our principal as you have positively influenced us, rekindled a new zeal to serve our people selflessly and more dedicatedly.
“As a new chapter of your life opens this new year, it is our collective prayer that your desire and quest for a new Kogi will not only be overwhelmingly achieved but shall serve as a reference point for others”, be stated.
The Forum prayed for good health and more wisdom upon the governor as he navigates through to birth a state that every indigene of Kogi will be proud of.
