Gov Bello’s security aide for Ofu felicitates Christians, KGSG on Easter »

The Senior Special Assistant to Kogi State Governor on security in Ofu Local Government Area, Hon Amodu Ibrahim has expressed felicitation with Christian faithful and government of the State on the occasion of 2020 Easter Celebration.

This was contained in a press release he signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Sunday.

Hon Ibrahim was full of gratitude to the government of Alhaji Yahaya Bello for seeing reasons to lift the ban on religious gathering to allow Christians fully celebrate the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesus on the cross of Calvary.

He said Easter is a period to show love to mankind as exemplified by Christ who gave himself to be sacrificed so that the rest of human race can survive, adding that it takes the Almighty God to do that.

The SSA security therefore enjoined Christians to extend love to people irrespective of their religious, political and other differences, adding that that is what the period is about.
