Group wants Hon Halidu Kadoka to contest for Okene I State Assembly position »

A group, Kogi League Of Friends with members cutting across the twenty-one local governments in Kogi State has called on Hon Halidu Kadoka, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Youths and Women Mobilization, Okene/Ogori Mangogo Constituency to contest for Okene 1 constituency, in the forthcoming State House of Assembly Election.

They made the call recently during their monthly meeting held at the Zonal office of the group at GRA Okene, Kogi State.

The group noted that Hon Halidu is a committed democrat and grassroot mobilizer who knows the problem in his constituency and has always attended to many using his current office.

“We believe that a Politician with this kind of qualities will do more when given a higher pedestal to operate”, the group said

“Hon Halidu, a peace advocate has been an active supporter of APC/AYB since 2015 and till date still takes key place in the PYB tussle. He had contested for Okene LG Chairman which he later stepped down for the current Chairman, Hon Muhammed Abdulrazaq following his principal, Gov Alh Yahaya Bello’s directive and he worked vehemently for the party flag bearer by mobilizing for the party victory and resolving disputes of fellow aspirants for soft landing and smooth running of his office.”

“No doubt, Okene 1 constituency needs a Workaholic, intelligent, gender sensitive, responsive and compassionate leader who will pilot it affairs. This is why Hon Halidu Kadoka is fits for the job.”

“He has proven beyond reasonable doubts, that he has the capability to propel Okene 1 to an enviable height. We have seen in him, the glaring leadership qualities that can proffer solution to the challenges in Okene 1 constituency.” The group admonished.

The chairman of the group urged his members from the constituency and especially those in Okene 1 constituency to take the message to their various wards while assuring them that Hon. Halidu Kadoka will answer their call when the time is right.
