GYB At 48: NKFI Rector describes Gov. Bello as a turning point in Kogi’s trajectory
The Rector, Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute, Williams Charles Oluwatoyin has felicitated with Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, CON on the occasion of his 48th birthday describing him as a positive turning point in Kogi’s historical and political trajectory.
This was contained in a personal message signed by the Rector on behalf of the Governing council, Academic Board Management, Staff and students of the institute where he also lauded the celebrant for being an excellent leader who in 7 years of his sterling leadership has redirected and refocussed the confluence state to the path of glory.
The note reads “Your Excellency first and foremost we want to thank God for 48 resounding years of your life. It is with such great joy that on behalf of myself alongside the Governing council, Academic Board Management, Staff and students of the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute Felicitate with you on this special occasion of your 48 years anniversary”.
The Rector added that in the last eight years of the governor’s service to Kogi and by extension the Nation, he has made a great mark as a special breed of leaders, noting that despite emerging as a leader of such repute at a very young age, the celebrant stood graciously to proof that the youths were ready for leadership in greater capacities.
“Through your sojourn at the helms of Affairs in Kogi state, we have experienced peace, safety and adequate Security like never before. The remarkable growth witnessed across sectors is undeniable and beyond this you have placed Kogi state in the map of National politics and relevance in such a manner that has never been witnessed”.
He also said “I want to also use this medium to thank Your Excellency for the numerous good gestures you have shown to us at Nigeria -Korea Friendship Institute. No doubt you truly have a personal love for Education and your staunch support for this institute to thrive is a remarkable proof of your heart. Sir, we remain indelibly grateful to you”.
The Rector noted that while he pray for God to grant the celebrant many more fruitful years in good health, he added that God almighty will also grant him all his heart desires and elevate him into greater and more impactful service to Nation and humanity at large.
