Igalamela/Odolu LG, Kogi State – The Transition Chairman of Igalamela/Odolu Local Government, Hon. Cosmas Ilemona Atabor, has extended warm congratulations to his colleague, Hon. John urah Ikani, the Transition Chairman of Dekina Local Government, on the occasion of his birthday.
