Hon. Destiny supervises distribution of COVID19 palliatives in Ofu LGA
The immediate past Senior Special Assistant on Security to Governor Yahaya Bello in Ofu Local Government Area, Hon. Destiny Amodu has distributed the COVID-19 palliatives received from the state government to indigents and vulnerable groups in the local government area.
The distribution which was flagged off in Ugwolawo by the former SSA, saw in attendance various youths and women groups, representatives of people living with disabilities, the aged, traditional institution, Okada union among others.
Amodu said the exercise is expected to reach all the political wards in the local government, and urged all stakeholders adhere to the principles of fairness and equity in the distribution of the palliatives.
