Hon. Mark Ogah Hails Gov Ododo for Recognizing Agric Potentials of Ibaji, Bassa LGAs

Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah from Ibaji Local Government Area, has commended Governor Usman Ahmed Ododo for allocating 50% of the state’s fertilizer supply to farmers in Ibaji and Bassa local government areas, where a high concentration of farmers reside in the eastern senatorial district of Kogi State. He promised to extend more support to genuine farmers across the state.

Hon. Ogah emphasized that agricultural enhancement and productivity are top priorities for the current administration, led by President Ahmed Bola Tinubu. He expressed delight that Governor Ododo recognizes agriculture’s potential to drive Kogi’s economic growth, ensuring sustainable livelihoods for farmers and contributing to national food security, in line with Tinubu’s Renewed Hope action plan.

Speaking in Lokoja, the state capital, on Saturday, Hon. Ogah expressed gratitude to Governor Ododo on behalf of the people of Ibaji LGA, assuring that they stand fully behind his government. He urged Ibaji sons and daughters to collaborate with the government, promising that this partnership will bring significant development to the area, given the governor’s demonstrated love for the people.
