An APC chieftain, Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah has congratulated Hon. Emmanuel Ugeh Onuche on his election as Chairman of Ibaji Local Government Area of Kogi State. He also extended the congratulations to the Vice chairperson-elect, Hon. Victoria Okolo.
