Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah Celebrates DIG Ben Nemolisa Okolo at Thanksgiving Ceremony

Hon. Mark Okpanachi Ogah attended the thanksgiving ceremony of DIG Ben Nemolisa Okolo, who was recently promoted to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG). DIG Okolo, a distinguished officer, is the second person from the South East to attain this prestigious rank. He hails from Anambra State.
