Kano Youths Back Gov. Bello For 2023 Presidency

Ahead of the 2023 Presidential Election, Youths of Kano State, in North Western Nigeria have again endorsed the aspirations of Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State urging him to throw his hat into the ring and contest the Presidential Election.

The Youths in their hundreds made the resounding call when Hon. Amb. Ahmed Bolori, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Relations who Represented the Governor, led a high powered delegation of Yahaya Bello Enlightenment and Strategy to Kano State.

The Kogi State delegation was in Kano State at the weekend to meet with different Youth Groups calling on Gov. Yahaya Bello to aspire for the nation’s top job in 2023.

The various speakers from Kano State said they have endorsed Gov. Yahaya Bello as their preferred candidate ahead of the Presidential Election in view of his outstanding performances as Governor of the State.

They speakers and representatives of the various groups particularly noted with satisfaction Gov. Bello’s ability to unify the various segments of the State as well as making the state the safest in the country as their driving force to ask him to contest the Presidential Election.

While noting that Gov. Bello has proven that Youths and Women empowerment can be a deliberate policy, lauded his empowerment of the youths and women more than any other Nigerian leader as feat achieved that has endeared him to their hearts.

While pointing out that what the country needs for growth and development is the inclusive style administration of Gov. Bello, listed his intervention in the education and health sectors as superlative and worthy of emulation, urged him to accept their calls to run in 2023.

The Youths in Kano noted with nostalgic feelings Gov. Bello’s courageous stand on Covid19 and his posture on National Issues when it mattered most as the qualities needed of the next Nigeria‘s President, said having weighed all options and in the interest of the growth, development and sustainability of the country, arrived at the conclusion that Nigeria deserves a Gov. Bello as President in 2023.

In his remarks, Hon. Amb. Ahmed Bolori, Special Adviser to the Governor on Public Relations who Representated the Governor, praised the patriotism of the Youths of Kano, said the time for the country to have a unifier as President is now.

While assuring that Gov. Bello will certainly heed to their calls at the appropriate time, disclosed that it takes leaders like Gov. Bello to appoint his likes from Borno and others currently serving in the State as appointees into cabinet.

Amb. Bolori said Nigeria needs a Leader with energy, a unifier, a Patriot and one irrevocably passionate about the indivisibility of the country like Gov. Bello, described the Governor as what the country needs moving forward.

While noting that Gov Bello has made the State the most safest and secured State for lives, properties and businesses to thrive in the country, maintained that if the current challenge facing the country in the areas of insecurity is anything to go by, assured that Gov. Bello remains the antidote to a secured Nigeria.

He urged the Youths of Kano to remain resolute in their calls for a Gov. Yahaya Bello Presidency, promising that he will at the appropriate time heed their calls and assured that the confidence they reposed in him would not be misplaced inview of his outstanding and superlative track records in governance.

Highlights of the visit to Kano was the visit and meeting with some prominent Islamic Clerics in Kano.
