The Kogi State House of Assembly Majority Leader, Honorable Suleiman AbdulRazak (SAS), on Monday made a heartfelt visit to the Reference Hospital in Okene and extended a significant cash donation to support the mother of triplets. The spontaneous gesture, filled with empathy and goodwill, has left a lasting impact on both the family and the community.

The mother, Mrs. Nana Hauwawu, who gave birth to triplets on Monday at the Reference Hospital, had her joy was overshadowed by concerns about covering the medical and other expenses. Hon. SAS who was in Okene at the residence of his friend Hi-Speed to celebrate the birth of his triplets got the information that an indigident family has also given birth to triplets. Sensing the urgency of the situation, the Okene lawmaker promptly visited the hospital to personally express his support and solidarity.

“We decided to visit and share our joy and celebration with the family,” he stated.

Accompanied by the music superstar Hi-Speed, Honorable SAS spent time with the parents and their newborns, listening to their story and offering words of encouragement. Touched by their plight, he decided to take immediate action to alleviate their financial burden.

In a gesture that exemplifies his commitment to serving the people, Honorable SAS generously donated a substantial amount of cash to cover the medical expenses incurred. The father of the triplets, Mohammed Jimoh who was highly elated thanked the lawmaker for his selfless commitment to serving the people. He said Hon. Suleiman’so timely intervention has renewed his sense of hope and gratitude, and prayed for the lawmakers success in his endeavors.
