Kogi Auditor-General for Local Government Receives ANAN Fellowship Award »

The Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN) has concluded plans to confer Award of Fellowship on Kogi State Auditor-General for Local Government, Honourable Siyaka Yakubu Adabenege popularly known as Fancy.

While delivering letter of nomination to the awardee yesterday, the Chairman of Kogi State chapter of ANAN, Alhaji Ahmed Tijani Oricha who led the delegation noted that Honourable Yakubu has been a shining example in accounting profession through exhibition of high ethical and professional standard.

The ANAN delegation also used the opportunity to congratulate the Auditor-General for Local Government for his appointment and the recent victories of Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo at the Election Petition Tribunal and Appeal Court respectively.

According to the nomination letter, the official investiture of Honourable Yakubu as the Fellow of Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN) comes up on 19th September, 2024 as other arrangements towards the programme would be made available to the public in due course.
