The Chief of Staff to the Chief Servant of Kogi State, Alhaji Ali Bello, has extended warm greetings to Muslims in the state and across the world as they commence the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement released on Saturday, Alhaji Bello described Ramadan as a sacred period of spiritual reflection, devotion, and acts of kindness. He urged the Muslim faithful to use the opportunity to renew their faith, strengthen their connection with Allah, and uphold the values of peace, compassion, and unity.

“Ramadan is a time of deep reflection, self-discipline, and increased devotion. As we observe fasting, prayers, and acts of charity, let us remember the core values of Islam, love, patience, and generosity,” he stated.

The Chief of Staff also called on Muslims to pray for the continued peace, prosperity, and development of Kogi State under the leadership of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo. He emphasized the importance of extending love and support to the less privileged and maintaining an atmosphere of tolerance and unity.

“May Almighty Allah accept our ibadah, grant us His mercy, and reward us abundantly in this blessed month,” he added.
