Kogi Deputy Speaker hails Gov. Bello for women inclusion in governance, charges LG chairmen to deliver on APC/Bello vision

The Deputy Speaker of Kogi State House of Assembly and the member representing Ankpa 1 state constituency, Rt. Hon. Ahmed Mohammed congratulated the newly sworn in elected chairmen for the twenty one local government area of Kogi State, urging them to see this as a sign of confidence reposed in them by the people of their respective local government.
The Legislator who made his statement shortly after the ceremony which was held at Lokoja yesterday advised them to see their victory and call to service as a demonstration of the people’s confidence in their ability to perform.
Rt. Hon. Ahmed Ahmed commend the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello for women inclusion into politics, a Government which he describes as “all inclusive”. He urge the women to see this as an opportunity to prove themselves worthy of leadership position by working harder with the chairman in taking the state to the next level.
He assured the elected council chairmen and councillors of their support as a legislative arm of the Government, as they settle down to fulfill their campaign promises to the electorates.
