Kogi Guber: Babayemi Vanguard Pay Courtesy Call on Assembly Speaker »

The Executives of the All Progressive Congress (APC) ace Support Group for the forthcoming governorship election in Kogi State, Babayemi Vanguard paid a courtesy call on the Speaker, Kogi State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Aliyu Umar Yusuf in Lokoja. The group used the avenue to furnish the Rt. Honorable Speaker of their activities and also presented samples of their campaign materials to him.

The Director General of the group Chief Babayemi Olorunfemi, who was ably represented by the group General Coordinator/Spokesperson, Kelvin Oluseyi Eleta appreciated the Speaker, for receiving the team with open arms despite the short notice. He said the group has hit the ground running through mobilization and sensitization that will ensure victory for the APC gubernatorial candidate in the forthcoming election.

Rt. Hon. Aliyu Umar Yusuf while responding, eulogized Chief Bavayemi Olorunfemi for his support for the All Progressive Congress in Kogi State, and for subscribing fully to the Ododo/Joel Kogi Agenda project. He went further to admonish members of the group to be up and doing as they go about canvassing for support in order to secure Lugard House for the All Progressive Congress come November 11th, 2023.

Present at the meeting also were the Honorable Member representing Koton-Karfe Local Government Area, Hon. Idris Aliyu Maikudi, Comrade Joseph Folorunsho, Babayemi Vanguard General Secretary, Mrs Bako Aliyu Sa’adat, Babayemi Vanguard Koton-Karfe Women Leader.
